WELCOME TO IGRPS
Working to Drive Global Renewal
Our Approach
At IGRPS, we empower leaders and communities to turn vision into action. Through insightful research, policy guidance, and strategic initiatives, we help navigate complex challenges while leveraging innovation and the power of ideas to maximize impact.
As a youth-led think tank institute, our focus is on providing fresh new perspectives and results, not profit, allowing us to work in demanding contexts and tackle transformative initiatives.
We were founded as an organization to identify pressing political and socio-economic issues within society, both locally and internationally, and do whatever is within our means to work towards comprehensive solutions in relation to those key issues.
“Turning drawing board ideas into boots on the ground, one step at a time. That is our purpose.”
Our Projects
Insights: Weekly Article Publications
In-depth analyses, policy briefs, op-eds, and thought leadership exploring the most pressing issues. Our publications combine rigorous research with actionable solutions to inform decision-makers, inspire public debate, and drive meaningful change.
Rigorous, accessible summaries and perspectives across history, politics, anthropology, philosophy, economics, and public policy are provided. Through this, we hope to inform leaders, engage citizens, and shape both the local and global conversation. Our aim is to provide online website publications that can be read and downloaded and which are acccessible to the public as a whole to drive further engagement and civic literacy.
Events: Seminars and Forums
We host dynamic seminars, thought-provoking discussions, and exclusive interviews with leading voices in history, politics, anthropology, philosophy, economics, and public policy. Occasionally, we also organize specialist forums and debate labs aimed at promoting civic engagement and the dissemination of information.
We bridge the intergenerational gap by fostering conversations through exclusive interviews hosted between emerging youth leaders and seasoned specialists in their respective fields, building a community united by curiosity and purpose. Through digital civic renewal, we harness technology to inspire participation, amplify diverse voices, and create lasting networks for positive change.
Projects: Active Community Service
Our work extends beyond research and dialogue into direct on the ground action. Through service projects and volunteer efforts, we apply our ideas to real situations, addressing local needs, supporting communities, and testing solutions in practice.
We cultivate a sense of global responsibility and leadership by grounding action in local communities. Every initiative begins with understanding and addressing needs at the local level, providing participants with hands-on experience and practical skills. From these local roots, ideas and solutions can be scaled for greater impact, empowering participants to think strategically, act ethically, and contribute meaningfully to the wider world.

Meet The Founder
“If you want the world to change, start with yourself. Renewal is built by those who dare to act, who turn passionate vision into effort, and who refuse to wait for the world to shift on its own.”
Ryan (Jimyung) Cha, Founder and Executive Chairman of IGRPS
